FAQ’s

How much will it cost?
We are happy to quote on bespoke designed jewellery including engagement rings from £1000 upwards, though we are happy to work with any budget. We ask for a £50.00 design deposit fee before starting the design process, this is then deducted from your final quote. Once you have approved the final design and quote we ask for full payment upfront to allow us to start the process of creating your bespoke piece of jewellery

How long does the bespoke design process take?
It usually takes around 6 weeks from start to finish. If you need a piece in a hurry please do let us know and we will try our best to meet your requirements.

We will aim to get your initial CAD design to you within a week once the initial design deposit fee has been paid. If you are happy with the initial CAD design this stage need not be any longer, but the design can be adjusted until you are completely satisfied with your design. This obviously will add to the timescale of when you receive your jewellery.

Once you have approved the final design your jewellery will usually be finished within 4 weeks, unless of course you are after something of unusual complexity in which case we will be able to give you an estimated timescale before starting.

Can I book an appointment to discuss my requirements with you in more detail?
We offer both phone and face to face appointments at any stage of the design process to ensure you are completely comfortable in the product we are designing and producing for you. If you would like to book a phone or face to face appointment please call us on 0121 663 1865 or email us on info@pembertondiamonds.com and we will be glad to arrange this for you.

Delivery

We offer shipping to all UK and international destinations.

Signing for your parcel – It is very important to note that you will need to sign for your parcel when it arrives.

Insurance – We fully insure all of our deliveries up to the point when you sign for the delivery.

Delivery to alternate address – If you wish to arrange the delivery of your item to an alternate address (other than your billing address), we will be more than happy to help you out. For such a request, we require additional verification documents to safeguard our buyers from fraudulent activities. Details of these will be sent to you via email upon receipt of your request

Order Update – If you need to know the expected delivery date of an item email us at info@pembertondiamonds.com to check the progress of your order. We will try to meet any delivery requirements you may have.

Resizing – Rings

We understand that it can sometimes be difficult to get the perfect measurements for a ring, especially if it is a surprise engagement ring.

One free ring resizing within 30 days of your order – That’s why we offer a ring resizing service (within 30 days of receiving your order) for the majority of our rings. We do recommend viewing our Ring Size Guide, if you are about to purchase a ring.

How ring resizing works – If you have purchased a ring as a gift, or you have simply got your measurements a little wrong, we can try and help. We are more than happy for you to simply send your ring back to our workshops where we will resize the ring accordingly.

Notify us before sending your ring back – Please notify us if you intend to return your ring. Also, please ensure your ring and parcel are fully insured for the replacement value and guaranteed delivery.

Ring resizing costs? – The free offer is available for one ring resizing within 30 days of delivery. Additional ring resizing will cost from as little as £50, plus delivery charges.

Remember, many rings cannot be re-sized and sometimes the size requirements exceed what can be done to an existing ring, therefore, so as not to create issues with returning your order, we would recommend that it is not worn or used. Rings that show any signs of wear may be refused refund or “exchange” under our terms and conditions.
